Epictetus – A practical Philosopher – What A Concept!

One of my favorite reads – Encheiridion “The Manual for Living” is a collection of teachings from Epictetus and during the coming days / weeks, I will be writing about them here.

Epictetus was not a writer, but a teacher – he emphasized to his followers to live a moral life and to be happy.

“Seek not that the things which happen should happen as you wish; but wish the things which happen to be as they are, and you will have a tranquil flow of life” – –  from VIII The Manual for Living
